Last night max rocked out the bushings to get the new pneumatic tires mounted to the original front axels. They are bushed with some pex tubing, sliced to make a C, slid inside some ¾" OD aluminum tubing. It gives a perfect fit between the bearings of the new wheels and the 7/8s original shaft.
The 13T gears came in this morning, so I mounted them to the motors and assembled the motors to the gearboxes. SMOOOOOOTH as silk. just like a bought one :) On the bench they seem to run really good, and have incredible torque. The next test will be having them spin the new wheels on the chassis.
